An open shutter at 2am is a security problem before it's a mechanical one. Our first job on every emergency callout is getting the building closed and locked — manually winding the shutter down, refitting it in its guides or fitting a temporary make-safe if the damage is severe.
Once you're secure, we diagnose properly. Most faults are finished the same visit because our engineers carry motors, springs, guides and bottom rails. Where a part has to be made, we make it ourselves in our Yorkshire warehouse rather than waiting on a supplier.
