Can you replace just the damaged slats?
Yes, in most cases. Individual slats can be withdrawn and replaced, which is far cheaper than a new curtain and usually done in one visit.
My shutter is old and the maker has gone — can you still match it?
Normally yes. We manufacture in-house, so where a profile is obsolete we make up a matching slat rather than telling you to replace the whole shutter.
The shutter still works but the bottom rail is bent — is that urgent?
It matters more than it looks. A distorted bottom rail stops the shutter seating and sealing, leaves a gap a crowbar can use, and drags the curtain out of line.
Do you provide reports for insurance?
Yes — written reports and photographs of the damage and repair, which is what insurers normally ask for after an impact or break-in.
